This Samsung 30Q 4S 18650 Battery Pack is a pre-assembled bare cell configuration, featuring four genuine Samsung INR18650-30Q high-drain cells arranged in a space-saving 2x2 square series (4S1P) with spot-welded nickel tabs. It delivers a nominal 14.4V voltage (16.8V full charge) and a 3000mAh capacity, with a powerful 15A continuous discharge capability.
The square layout makes this pack ideal for custom projects where a long, linear 4-cell pack won't fit.

Q1: Does this battery have a protection board (BMS)?
A: No. This is a bare cell pack. You must install an external 4S BMS to protect against overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits.
Q2: Does it come with wires?
A: No. It only includes spot-welded nickel tabs. You will need to solder your own wires or spot-weld your connections.
Q3: How do I wire this 2x2 square pack?
A: Please refer to the product image. The tabs are welded at specific spots: B+, B-, B1, B2, and B3. You will need to connect the BMS according to this layout.
Q4: What is the actual discharge current?
A: The Samsung 30Q cells have an official continuous discharge rating of 15A (with short bursts up to 20A). However, the actual current you can draw will depend entirely on the BMS and wiring you install.
Q5: Can I request a different tab position?
A: Yes, custom tab welding (B+, B-, B1, B2, B3 positions) may be available upon request. Please contact us before ordering if you need a specific wiring layout.
