High-drain power for your custom 18V/21V DIY battery packs.
This EVE 25P 5S 18650 Battery Pack is a pre-assembled bare cell configuration, featuring five genuine EVE 18650-25P high-drain cells arranged side-by-side in series (5S1P) with spot-welded nickel tabs. It delivers a nominal 18V voltage (21V full charge) and a 2500mAh capacity, with a powerful 30A continuous discharge (12C) capability.
The linear layout makes this pack suitable for long battery compartments, commonly found in 18V/20V power tool battery pack rebuilds. If the pre-welded nickel tabs do not perfectly match your BMS or wiring diagram, we offer custom tab welding—simply contact us with your specific requirements before ordering.
IMPORTANT: This is a BARE CELL PACK.
-
No BMS (Protection Board) is included.
-
No wires or connectors are attached.
-
You must have the skills to solder your own connections and install an external 5S BMS before use. Never use or charge this pack without proper protection.

FAQ
Q1: Does this battery have a protection board (BMS)?
A: No. This is a bare cell pack. You must install an external 5S BMS to protect against overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits.
Q2: Does it come with wires?
A: No. It only includes spot-welded nickel tabs. You will need to solder your own wires or spot-weld your connections.
Q3: Can I use this to rebuild my 18V/20V power tool battery?
A: Yes, this is a common use case. However, you must install the correct 5S BMS and ensure the physical dimensions fit inside your tool's battery casing.
Q4: Can I customize the nickel tab positions?
A: Yes. The image notes that tab positions may vary. We can weld the tabs according to your specific wiring diagram. Please contact us with your layout requirements before ordering.
Q5: What is the actual discharge current?
A: The EVE 25P cells are rated for a continuous discharge of 30A (12C). However, the actual current you can draw will depend entirely on the BMS and wiring you install.
