Safe 6.4V power for your 6V devices, solar lights, and DIY projects.
This 18650 LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) Battery Pack features two cells connected in series (2S), delivering a stable 6.4V nominal voltage (7.3V full charge) and a 1800mAh capacity.
Unlike standard 3.7V Li-ion cells, LiFePO4 chemistry offers superior thermal stability, an ultra-long cycle life, and a much lower risk of fire or explosion. It is a perfect rechargeable replacement for 4-cell AA/alkaline battery packs (6V) or devices requiring a 6V power source. It comes fully assembled with a built-in protection board (BMS) and pre-wired with red (positive) and black (negative) leads.
CRITICAL WARNING: Voltage Compatibility
This is a 2S LiFePO4 battery (6.4V nominal). You MUST use a dedicated LiFePO4 charger with a 7.3V cutoff. Never use a standard 2S Li-ion charger (8.4V) or a single-cell charger, as it will overcharge the battery and cause permanent damage or fire.

Applications
Recommended For:
6V Devices: Perfect replacement for devices using 4x AA/alkaline batteries (4x 1.5V = 6V).
Solar Garden Lights: The ideal replacement battery for outdoor solar path lights.
DIY 6.4V Projects: Custom electronics requiring a stable 6V-6.4V power source.
Emergency Lighting: Reliable, safe power for low-drain emergency lamps.
Not Recommended For:
Devices Requiring 7.4V/8.4V: This battery will not work properly in standard 2S Li-ion devices due to the lower voltage.
High-Drain Power Tools: Not suitable for tools requiring high burst currents.
Standard Li-ion Chargers: Never charge this with an 8.4V or 4.2V charger.
FAQ
Q1: Can I use my standard 2S Li-ion charger (8.4V) for this battery?
A: NO. You must use a dedicated LiFePO4 charger with a 7.3V cutoff. Using an 8.4V charger will overcharge and damage the battery, potentially causing a fire.
Q2: Why is the voltage 6.4V? I thought 2S was 7.4V.
A: This is a LiFePO4 battery, not a standard Li-ion battery. LiFePO4 cells have a nominal voltage of 3.2V (3.2V x 2 = 6.4V), with a max charge of 7.3V. Standard Li-ion is 3.7V/4.2V.
Q3: Can I use this to replace AA batteries?
A: Yes, it is an excellent replacement for 4x AA batteries (4x 1.5V = 6V) in devices like toys, solar lights, and small motors, provided the physical dimensions fit.
Q4: What is the actual capacity?
A: The pack consists of two cells in series, providing a capacity of 1800mAh (capacity does not increase in series).
Q5: Does it have a protection board?
A: Yes, it includes a built-in BMS to prevent overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits.
