A: The "10C" label is a common RC industry shorthand for the short-burst peak (30A for a 3000mAh pack). However, the true continuous discharge limit of the Samsung 30Q cell is 15A per cell. Since this is a 3S series pack, the continuous limit remains 15A. We rate it truthfully at 15A continuous / 30A peak for safe, long-term use.
Q2: Will this triangular pack fit my RC car?
A: The pack measures approximately 65mm x 36mm x 36mm (excluding wires). This triangular shape is very common in 1/10 scale chassis. Please measure your battery compartment to ensure proper fitment.
Q3: What charger should I use?
A: Use a standard Li-ion/LiPo balance charger. Set it to 3S (11.1V) and a charge current of 1.5A to 3.0A. The included XH2.54-4P balance lead allows your charger to balance all three cells.
Q4: Is this a protected battery pack?
A: This pack is assembled from unprotected bare cells without an internal BMS. In RC applications, your ESC's low-voltage cutoff and your balance charger handle the protection. Never over-discharge below 7.5V (2.5V per cell).
